This achievement is obtained after harvesting ten entire deer carcasses in a single Sandbox game mode. It is most easily done on Pilgrim. A hunting knife is essential.
An entire carcass includes all of the meat, hide and gut. The deer carcasses do not have to be the player's own kills.
